STRONG Turnout for our first event on June 27th & 28th (most vendors could not leave their tables the entire show)

The event is open to all mall visitors and is not gated off, helping maximize visibility and collector traffic throughout the weekend.

Table Information

Vendor tables are standard 6-foot tables
Tables will be fully set up and labeled by 9 AM each show day
Vendors can show up as early as 9 AM and must be set up by 11 AM
Each table purchase includes 2 vendor wristbands
Vendors should expect 3-4 feet of standing space behind their table (enough for a small display)

Section Info

For the August 15–16 Final Evolution Card Show, the event will be spread across three sections inside Deerbrook Mall:

North Section – Located near Macy’s
South Section (SOLD OUT)– Located near Barnes & Noble/Violet
West Section – Located near the parking garage entrance by Shoe Palace (under food courts/AMC Theatres)

Please note that sections are not divided by category. Sports cards, Pokémon, One Piece, TCG, collectibles, and other vendors will be mixed throughout all sections.

To help attendees find every section, we will have improved signage, a mall map, and scannable QR codes with directions around the mall.
