Welcome to the Final Evolution Card Show website. By using this website, purchasing vendor space, attending the event, or participating as a vendor, guest, or visitor, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Event Information
Final Evolution Card Show is a trading card event featuring TCG, Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, collectibles, vendors, and related hobby items. Event details, including date, time, location, vendor layout, and table availability, may be updated as needed.
The event is located inside Deerbrook Mall in Humble, Texas, with vendor areas set up in designated mall concourse areas on the first floor.
Admission
General admission to the event is free unless otherwise stated. The event is open to the public and is not gated off from the rest of the mall. All attendees are expected to follow mall rules, event rules, and staff instructions while attending.
Vendor Tables
Vendor tables are available for purchase through the website or other approved payment methods. Each vendor table is approximately 6 feet unless otherwise stated. Vendor locations may be selected based on availability once booking is completed.
Final Evolution Card Show reserves the right to adjust vendor placement, table layout, or event setup if needed for safety, mall requirements, traffic flow, or operational reasons.
Each vendor table includes 2 vendor badges. Additional badges may require approval.
Vendor Setup
Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM on the day of the show unless otherwise communicated. Tables will be labeled for vendors. Vendors are responsible for arriving on time, setting up their own merchandise, and keeping their area clean and organized.
Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not block walkways, emergency exits, storefronts, mall traffic, or neighboring vendor spaces.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, pricing, displays, transactions, payment methods, sales tax obligations, and customer interactions.
Final Evolution Card Show is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, counterfeit, mislabeled, or misrepresented items sold, traded, or displayed by vendors or attendees.
Vendors are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward customers, mall staff, event staff, and other vendors. Any vendor engaging in unsafe, dishonest, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the event without refund.
Prohibited Items and Conduct
The following are not allowed at the event:

Illegal items or activities

Stolen or counterfeit goods

Weapons or dangerous items

Harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior

Blocking walkways or emergency exits

Selling outside of assigned vendor space

Any activity that violates mall policies or local laws
Final Evolution Card Show reserves the right to remove any person or vendor who violates these rules.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Vendor table purchases are used to reserve limited event space. All vendor payments are considered final unless otherwise approved by Final Evolution Card Show.
If a vendor cancels, fails to attend, or does not use their reserved table, no refund is guaranteed. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If Final Evolution Card Show must cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances outside of its control, such as mall requirements, severe weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or other unexpected issues, vendors will be notified as soon as possible.
Security and Safety
Dedicated security and event staff may be present during the event. However, all vendors and attendees are responsible for watching their own belongings.
Final Evolution Card Show, Deerbrook Mall, mall ownership, mall management, event staff, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Trading and Buying
All purchases, sales, and trades are made directly between buyers, sellers, and vendors. Attendees are encouraged to inspect items carefully before completing any transaction.
Final Evolution Card Show does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, value, grading, pricing, or accuracy of any item sold or traded at the event.
Photography and Media
By attending the event, you understand that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes, including use on social media, websites, flyers, or future event marketing.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff.
Website Use
Information on this website is provided for general event information only. Final Evolution Card Show makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and updated, but event details may change.
Users may not misuse the website, attempt fraudulent transactions, interfere with website operations, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
By attending, vending, or participating in the event, you agree that Final Evolution Card Show is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, disputes, theft, transaction issues, or other claims arising from participation in the event, except where required by law.
Changes to These Terms
Final Evolution Card Show may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
