Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Final Evolution Card Show. This Refund Policy applies to vendor table purchases and other event-related payments made through our website or approved payment methods.

Vendor Table Refunds

Vendor table purchases reserve limited event space at Final Evolution Card Show. Because table space is limited and vendor placement is planned in advance, refund requests must be made at least 1 month before the event date to be eligible for consideration.

Refund requests made 1 month or more before the event may be approved and refunded at the discretion of Final Evolution Card Show.

Refund Requests Within 1 Month of the Event

Refund requests made less than 1 month before the event are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval may depend on factors such as the reason for cancellation, timing of the request, whether the table can be filled by another vendor, and any costs already incurred by the event.

No-Shows

Vendors who do not attend the event and do not provide notice before the event are considered no-shows. No-shows are not eligible for a guaranteed refund.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Final Evolution Card Show cancels or reschedules the event due to circumstances outside of our control, including mall requirements, safety concerns, severe weather, emergencies, or other unexpected issues, vendors will be notified as soon as possible.

Refunds, credits, or transfers to a future event may be offered depending on the situation.

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees may be non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any processing fees charged by the payment processor may be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Final Evolution Card Show with your name, business name, table purchase details, and reason for the request.
